I'm re-doing one of my plots and I'm going with a Japanese styled home. My land is beach water front, which I love.....but I want to use plants/trees that are indiginous to the beach areas of Japan. I went on the web and searched images to get an idea of the landscape....which is rugged and beautiful in a lot of the pics. But...the specific types of plants are hard to pin point. Anyone know off the top of their heads where to get the right plants in SL? I know the plant & garden places pretty well by now....so I'm in world hopping about now.

Milla, I have a small plant shop on my dock in Duzzclown. Please feel to drop by and browse. You can find a landmark in my inworld profile.
BTW, did you get that male model you were looking for?

Thanks Calveen....I'll take a look......looking for Asian plants here tho. I do have some friends that have modeled for me.....but it's always good to have more so I can get a variety of looks to show my 'shapes' in. I'll find ya some time in-world.

cheers

IM me inworld so I can show you my beautiful Japanese styled compound. I had some people come to do landscaping and there are some that you can copy.

If you have good art program like photoshop you could always look for plants via google images like what I do for images I use to draw.
If you can't find what you want and find something on the web I will draw it for you possibly if just will pay for my upload fees which is 10L per texture upload. LOL
I do stuff like that for fun not for profit because I am not willing to stress myself out in trying to run a shop.

I guess from this you've found the Gardens of Bliss?

I've settled on a couple plants.....I'm looking more for trees and shrubs that grow in a natural Japanese ocean side area. Your suggestions have been helpful....still a couple places for to check out~!!
