Xstreet: How link credit card or PayPal? (& what's that thing next to the Hangout?)

I'm stumped. One of the ways we're supposed to be able to "adult verify" is to have credit card or PayPal linked to our XstreetSL accounts. But I can't figure out how to make that happen for a new alt account. I try to deposit US$s (at ), and it says "We're sorry, you cannot deposit funds at this time: Your account is not allowed to send payments via PayPal or credit card." Is there somewhere else that this is set up? Has anybody done this recently?

The reason I care is that I'm trying to make a "how to get adult verified" exhibit. I've rezzed a copy of the build-in-progress on the parcel next to the Forum Cartel Hangout, across the sim border in Dallows. Everyone is welcome to stroll through it, and I'd welcome any feedback.

I just tried it, and was never asked if I wanted to use PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc. I think the Xstreet system tried to pull USD from my account HERE. Fuxxored, if you ask me.
