Land permissions

Hi,

I'm thinking about renting out a warehouse type space I have *under* my lounge. This means I can't have it on a separate plot of land (which would make it much easier to manage).

Is it possible to set permissions (via a group) so that a person has the ability to do all he/she needs to be able to do (eg. create, edit, delete, ban, etc...) but not delete/edit my stuff.

Cheers,

Lhorentso

yes. you can 'set to group' then allow object creation for group members only. the result would be that renters could rez/delete their stuff as normal, but not anyone elses.
create a group, then open the group menu. then look at roles and permissions for the 'member' role. look at every option and make sure you have their permissions set how you want. then create an alt and put them into the group (you need two group members to keep the group active) and use the alt to test the permissions.

Don't allow them to return items or you'll find half your home missing ;)
