Computer clock and SL always 7 mins off ??

I have an issue with my computer and SL being 7 minutes off all the time. If I change my computer clock. my SL updates as well. I cant get them to agree. Any help would be appreciated.

SL's clock is right; make sure your computer is set to synchronize to an accurate internet time server.

Are you somewhere in the middle east by any chance? There was an old time zone, for Saudi Arabia I think that was GMT + 3 hours 7 minutes. At some point it was scooted over to an even 3 hours, but maybe the preferences you have for local time still had an option for the old standard? That's a little obscure of a possibility, but 7 minutes off is odd.
