hi. I have a question for anyone/everyone. When I logged in last night after the update yesterday I found a very strange thing. Three of my clothing folders have become system folders. When closing all folders I have:

My Inventory
Clothing folder
Clothing folder
Clothing Folder
Library

They act exactly as the Library folder does except that I am unable to wear the clothing in them. When right clicked they come up as 'No options'. I am unable to move them or the items in them, I can't delete them and I can't wear anything in them.

Has anyone ever had this happen? What caused it and will I ever be able to get that clothing back? I have tried clearing cache, deleting the texture cache folder and rebuilding it and neither has any effect.

I'm really puzzled and frustrated. Please help!

I haven't heard this one in a long time. You'll want to file a support ticket to get your Inventory straightened out again.

I have one account that has an immortal New Folder (but not at top level like the Library). It's been that way for over a year, and cannot be deleted, moved, added to... it's just there. I've not filed a ticket on it because it doesn't really cause any problems and, to be honest, I'm a little nervous about having LL do surgery on my Inventory. But if I were faced with four top-level folders with actual contents, I'd want something done, lest more stuff start migrating out of control.

I have 3 Landmark folders, one of them empty. For over a year too.

Thank you for the advice Qie. I did submit a ticket and they fixed it for me. Clothes back in Inventory.
