Strange stuff in my viewer...?

I just logged in to SL and all was fine...suddenly I have what seems to be a transparent box taking up most of the lower & mid left side of my viewer. It is a small white font that seems to be displaying everything I do..movement, if I touch something...? Anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

Can you just right click it and choose detach?

i had that happen before .i forget what what caused it but i think i had to relog to get rid of it..did you try relogging or is it always there now everytime you log in?
