Duplicate Coordinates

Hi,

A quick question on duplicate coordinates. In other words, two regions have the same x,y coordinates. How do you distinguish?

A friend gave me x,y coordinates (the regions make no difference) for a rendezvous. I'm confused as to which region these coordinates actually belong. Is it a glitch? Seems to me there're enough numbers to accomodate a virtual world map.

Help, please.

Each region uses the same 0,0 to 256,256 coordinates. The region name is required to specifiy where you are going.

Thank you. There is a "friends online" function on the internet account page. If the "find me on the map" option is on, the system gives x,y location on the internet, but not the region. This seems pretty stupid inasmuch as the information is completely useless.

Again, thanks.

If they have find on map enabled for you, you can find them on the map in game. Open the map one of the drop down list boxes showes your friends. Pick them out of the list and tp right to them

X and Y coordinates alone without a region name are meaningless. It's like telling someone you live at 123 Main Street without telling them which city you live in.
