Group Land

If a group is dissolved, does the land automatically revert to the group owner or donator? If not, what happens to it. How does one dissolve or delete a group? Thanks!

No, it does not automatically revert. You need to dispose of it before the group dissolves. If you do something silly like leave before dealing with the land, put in a support ticket.

Step 1. Set land to sell to whoever should end up with it.
do NOT set it to sell to "anybody"!!!!!

Step 2. Everyone leave the group. It'll delete itself 24 hours after membership drops below 2 members.

A Group is essentially a different person for ownership purposes.
Group members can give(deed) land and objects to the group. Once they do so, they have no more ownership of those lands or objects than if they had sold them for L$0 to somebody else.
Group owners should think of the group as a (shared) alt. They can control the alt, but they as avatars do not own what the alt owns. They can set group (the alt's) assets for sale, but it is the group (the alt) that receives the payment. They are simply agents of the group (the alt).

I accidentally left a 2 person group. The land is set to group. But the group is now no more. How can we recover the land? Can the landlord help?

If the landlord is LL, then put in a support ticket. If the landlord is someone else, then you are talking a private island and you can contact them but there are no rules about what might happen.
