Sorry if it would be more appropriate to ask this somewhere on SLexchange, but surely someone here knows the answer.
In my Paypal account, it says Status: Verified.
But when I try to buy $L on SLexchange, it limits me to $125 because it thinks I'm not using a "verified paypal account."
So how to I get SLexchange to understand that the account is verified? Or does verified within Paypal mean something different than verified within SLX? I cannot find the answer to this on the SLX website.
Thank you in advance for your help, anyone,
-Avion

The only way I know to verify a PayPal account is to have a bank account attached as the funding source. The one potentially relevant thing I found on their Help Index was this: From: someone [We] have implemented a very stringent fraud protection system. One of the main components of this system is a rating score that is attached to each account. The rating score is based on several factors, but it primarily relates to the age of the SL Exchange account, age of the Second Life avatar, and the PayPal verification status of the PayPal account being used.
Accounts and Avatars under 45 days old have a much lower rating than more mature accounts. Once an account and Avatar both pass the 45 day mark, that account's rating begins to increase. It will not jump immediately, but it will slowly increase over time. The same goes for verified PayPal accounts. Just because you verify your PayPal account does not mean you will immediately be able to buy hundreds of thousands of Lindens worth of goods at one time.
Limits vary from account to account. You will be told what your limits are when you go to deposit funds. They never actually state the limits, though. I'd contact someone over there if I were you.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

As far as the account being verified, though, that's what's weird; Paypal it says it IS. It also says on that SLX page that there is no limit if you pay with a verified account, so that strangely doesn't jibe with the other info they posted that you showed there. I'll try to contact someone there. Thanks! -Avion

For what it's worth, I have a Paypal business account (or whatever PP calls it), my av is 3 months old and they still limit me to $125 max. I've made many purchases through SLX.
