Does anyone have a clue about the planned "upgrades". It seem the 1.19.1 server upgrade has been placed on hold now. http://blog.secondlife.com/2008/02/22/second-life-server-software-updates-1191/ It was supposed to have been finished yesterday, but obviously has stalled... And now it seems the IP renumbering has been stretched out to 2 weeks. http://blog.secondlife.com/2008/02/24/regions-restarted-in-small-batches-over-the-next-two-weeks/Just seems odd, like no one is at the helm really...

Every time they try to implement that server upgrade, some new horrific bug makes them take it back to the shop for more tinkering.
It makes me wonder how many bugs there still are, that are not egregious enough to see at first glance? And where the hell is LL's software testing and QC department?

Time to make good use of one of your fine quality hammocks for a couple weeks. At least until LL breaks them again.

From: Argos Hawks Time to make good use of one of your fine quality hammocks for a couple weeks. At least until LL breaks them again. *shudders at the thought* I have been holding off persuing a sim restart where my place is, because I kept expecting one by nature of the planned restarts/upgrades. I cannot reposition one of my hammocks or swings without resetting the scripts, else they revert back to the original rotation. They continue to work properly in every other sim I have tested. Just kind of scary how "fractured" the grid is between server codes, havok versions, and moving IPs right now.
