Hi all, I have a basic membership and thought it was time I canceld, so I hit the cancel account button. Afetr thinking more about it I would like to keep the account active, how can I reverse this process? I was sent an email from sl support confirming my cancelation and given a link to reactivate it but once there I dont see a place to do that. My account now shows cancelation pending.
Help!!

I don't know but try reactivating it? and put in a support ticket in the billing and accounts category.

It costs 9.95 and there's no guarantee your stuff will be there. But I reactivated an avatar who was deleted in February and all of her things were there. Since it can take a while for people to get to tickets, you might want to include acknowledgement that you understand there is a 9.95 charge and ask them to charge your card on file.
