Looking for adult apartment or skybox!

Hi everyone, I appreciate your looking at my post! I joined a few days ago, and am completely hooked. I am looking for a place (apartment, skybox, or house) to rent that will allow for adult content. It would be nice if it had some sort of community oriented with it to meet other like minded adults. I would like to furnish it myself, as customization is obviously the best part of the game. I don't want to purchase just yet, as I am still getting a feel for the game. So, if anyone has any suggestions or links to good places to rent, that have adult content enabled, and responsible mature adults around, please let me know. Thanks for your time, and I hope for responses soon!

Look at the top center of the screen. You will see one of three region ratings:

(PG) = Its not allowed
(Mature) = Its allowed in private
(Adult) = Its allowed in public, ie advertised in search and open to the public.

Now, that sets what is *allowed* in a region. That does not mean it has to be full of that kind of content. An adult region could be all PG stuff if the landowners build it that way, its up to them.

For what you are looking for, use search with words like "rentals", and turn off the checkboxes at the top for PG and Mature, leaving only the adult category checked. That will narrow down your search. And note that those settings are independant for each search tab.

Pretty much what Daniel said, with an emphasis that you don't need an "adult" skybox to do adult things. You can have your ultra kinky dungeon of porn in your skybox in mature no problem. You could do it in PG if you didn't have nosey neighbors, but you'd technically be breaching the TOS (unless you could convince the Linden's your bondage furniture was some sort of kitchen appliance... some of them look like they could be....).

I was about to suggest you check out my rentals, but I don't think I want a tenant who describes himself as a "Big ol' Pimp." Take your big ol' ass and your stable of honeys out to Zindra.

If you like cool city areas....the Staten Island sim has some really great loft apartments of varying sizes. It's an adult sim so pretty much anything is allowed, but it's also pretty quiet in that ya don't get hassled by annoying neighbors.
I have an apartment there and I love it....great view of the brooklyn Bridge from my patio~!!!

(just go to search....places, and type in Staten Island....or type that in your map and it will show up. Also, be sure you have your adult content options checked which will allow you to actually 'see' any areas that allow adult content) Happy hunting~!
