Torley did a video on groups the other day, it's worth having a look. Explains quite a lot.
But, in answer to your question, weekly, from memory. Any member of the group that has the accounting box ticked, will contribute to any weekly payments and all group land sales will be shared amongst them.

Unless it has changed Dividends are usually paid out within 24 hours. The liabilities are charged weekly, but this has been borked lately, with some groups being "charged" but not "billed". The Cartel was done this way, we ran up close to 300L in debt. I contacted support and got pretty much a worthless answer.
