Issue Downloading Transaction History

Greetings,

I am having problems getting my transaction history to download more than one or two days at a time no matter which link/button I choose. It either works as it's supposed to or takes me to a blank page with no download box popping up.

I do have a substantial number of transactions and was not sure if this would be affecting it or not.

Things I've tried:
switching from Firefox to IE to google chrome - same problem
live support - told me to try later (in fairness to them it was when it wasn't downloading at all)


History of the problem:
could do the full 30 days just two months ago and as game park business grew slowly became where I could only download part of the month ... 15 days at a time, 10 days, 5 days, etc.

Today I could only do one day at a time, I could not download two days. I wanted to check a transaction and wasn't sure if it was yesterday or today but i had to download them separately.

Does anyone know of any steps I can take to solve the issue? I do have a relatively ancient computer but even if I'm restarted and go straight to the SL webpage to download transactions without opening anything else, it still won't do more than a day now. I usually run SL, photoshop CS3, a ton of webpages, and outlook all at the same time so I'm not sure it's a memory problem on my end, though it could be since I seem to be the only one having issues like this.

If you mean Transactions History (with an "s";), I've just downloaded the first 13 days of this month without any problem. I don't think you can download Transaction History (without an "s";).

These are your Linden Dollar (L$) transactions for the previous 30 days. For your US$ billing account history, please follow this link


The following lists shows the most recent transactions for the date range between 05/1/2009 - 05/14/2009. The list shows up to 500 transactions. For a complete list of transactions please Download the XLS file. Please note that the queries are cached for up to 15 minutes

Okay, I guess it's something on my end then, I was thinking maybe there was a maximum number of transactions you could download - and yes, I know you can only "see" 500 but I should be able to download them all ..anyway ...well do it the hard way until we discover another solution.

There isn't a maximum number of transactions for downloading - just a maximum number of days (30).

Transaction History (without an "s";) is the history of buying and selling lindens, and it's on a different page.

Same thing here. Can't download more than 1 day at a time. Been like this the last week or so.
Anyone has a suggestion? Its quite annoying
