Is this a SL glitch?

I asked this below in my texture perms thread but it's dropped too low for anyone to have picked it up

Anywho.....I noticed when applying permissions to my skins, I am able to check off 'copy' and nothing else......and it does NOT appear to default back to copy/transfer or copy/mod the way it used to. I've been in SL long enough to know that permissions have always defaulted so that we cannot select just one....unless it's transfer only.

So......is this new oddity a glitch? I'de love to be able to make the skins copy only.....tho copy/mod is fine so folks can adjust the eyebrows. But just wondering if that ability to now select ONLY copy......is a glitch, not a true permissions option. Again, if I select copy....it stays that way....even after closing and going back into it......it still shows copy checked.....and mod/transfer unchecked.

You can set items for Copy only or Transfer only but not Modificatalorize Only. This is not a glitch and is set up this way.
