I have a Sprint Novatel card. It's fairly quick and does a decent job of keeping up with SL. Runs me about $60 a month. Your laptop graphics card is your bigger issue!

I use Verizon mobile internet, it's integrated onto my laptop, not in a flashdrive or whatever it is I see a lot of mobile companies offering out there. I can't say I love it, the speed isn't all that great, but it works well enough and I have rarely ran into no service (since I figured out a little trick that is). If you have a mobile phone, check with your mobile company and see what they can offer.

I used Verizon - about the same 60 USD a month, works well with SL. The RL company I work for uses them for other reasons.... and the coverage is good for us.

watch your plan how many MB you get a month most things are fine in the primary service area for hevay building or big events i would sujest pugging into idleaire fr the night and using them maybe 3-4 times a month as use dictates, saves idle money to if your paying the fuel bill
