I've just been through some of the Linden sandboxes, Cordova, Goguen, and Sandbox Island, and the time dilation is about .25.
This is pretty unusable.
There's no obvious visible sign of typical sandbox childishness such as ten thousands physics enabled balls or other such obvious problems.
Is this par for the course? Normal since Havok 4?

Someone must be up to silly games. I notice that Plum's dilation is right up near 1, though that is a much less busy spot.
eta: Physics time is pretty high in a couple of those, so perhaps someone is trying to find new ways to break stuff.

it's better than rebooting every 10 minutes, but yeah, the kiddies have found ways to slow stuff down already.
