What is meant by "Missing registration information "? with TOS? credit card, or person data? if its freebie accounts then this is breaking TOS since its not monitored during the sighups I don`t believe.

There is a point to this post, if age, or creditcard information was lied or stolen ( credit card ) then I can understand. But other then that were is the sence?
