Is there a way to sort the order of your Landmarks folder?
I have about 50 places in the order I visited them, and would prefer to group some of them together etc.

Apart from the option to sort by date/name, you could set up sub-folders inside the main LM folder (or anywhere else, I suppose). Whatever the order is in your inventory, on your map window they always come up in alphabetical order. So any you want at the top you could rename with a number in front.

You can have them sorted alphabetically by selecting that option from the inventory menu, and you can either make new sub-folders or use a naming convention that groups them.

There are several ways you can do that.
1) Make subfolders inside the Landmarks folder. 2) Rename the LM's with keywords that will group them as you want. 3) Create a notecard for each group of LM's, drag the LM's onto it, and move the notecard to your LM folder.

Real sorting can only be done either by date acquired or by name - so renaming them similarly and then sort by name might help in your case, too. Subfolders is a cleaner way to do it, though.

Hi Domitan, The only real sorting solutions we get are to sort in order of date (folders will sort according to how recently you've added something new) or sort alphabetically which is default. The best way I've found to handle sorting my LM's is to create a newer folder titled favorite LM's or something like that......and make sure to save the LM's I know I'll want to return to, into that new folder. Otherwise.....the only real way to check out recent visits is to either look in your 'recent' tab, under landmarks folder (keeping in mind you'll can adjust how many days your 'recent' tab keeps track of by opening your sort feature and adjusting that dropdown.) Or....you can do what I do when I'm feeling lazy......I open my LM's folder.....then I go up top and uncheck the alphabetical sort. This way every item in each folder will sort according to it's most recent use or recently added. To my knowledge...there's no way to sort items in each individual folder differently.....anotherwords ya can't have your animations sorted alphabetically...and clothing folder sorted by date. It's all one way or another......but if I'm wrong, I'd love to know the solution too~!!

I put all landmarks into functionally named subfolders (Shopping, Dancing, Talking etc) under a "Current" folder and archive it by changing its name quarterly (next one will be 20101) and also classify them in terms of quality/interest by inserting an appropriate number of exclamation marks at the start of the text.
Pep (The more exclamation marks the "better"!!!!!)
