This upside down dome (red) has appeared on my screen at the very top center. I do not know what it is and have taken off all huds to see if I can detach it.
Anyone know what this is? Any and all suggestions or help would be appreciated.

/me does not know. Sounds like you've either still got a HUD attachment on or you've enabled one of the built-in debug displays, though I don't know of one that looks like that.. _____________________

My guess is that you have Highlight Transparency on and it is highlighting a HUD that you have missed or it is highlighting an object that is attached to you.
Have you tried the "type WORN in the inventory window" approach to verify what you are wearing? _____________________

Ahhh okay I think I figured it out. And no I am not wearing a hat.
I did use the "  WORN" in my inventory and I saw that I was wearing the stop all animations Red Rose. It did not show up in my hand but showed up as that upside down red dome at the middle top of my screen.Wonder why that happens? Oh well thanks all for your suggestions! See you inworld! Summer |

The stop all animations red rose is supposed to show up in your hand. There is a very simple reason for you seeing an "upside-down red half dome" at the top of your screen when you are wearing it. The person you got it from, or even somebody further up the line where that person got it from, opted to wear their rose as a hud instead of using one of the normal avatar attachment points. So you don't think it's a hud but in truth it is.
If you wear it, then right-click on it in your inventory, and find the "attach to" menus, pull them up and I'd be willing to be real money that you will find the hud attachment point where you're wearing it is highlighted there. |
