Well first of all, im not a hater of 3FX. I accually spend alot of time there cause i like his music. Ive been trying to get help for like 4 days. I know Wild Moo logged on yesterday. Im just confused on how to get support in this game. As much money as he makes from 3FX, i would think people would be on to help. See i accidently deleted some stuff. I was @ a diff sim, i picked my stuff up and moved. I was cleaning out my inventory, and im pretty sure i deleted them. There not in lost and found, and or in trash. I have the box for the dance floor 25 x25 sq, but nothing in it, Plus i had 2 huge speakrs and a DJ booth. I have all my payment stuff and can verify. I dont know what to do. Ty guys very much.

You didn't say what you have done to try to contact the owner. Did you just send an IM?
Does the owner have specific customer service instructions, either in his/her profile or in a notecard that came with the product? Customer service tips: 1) Creators' IM's are often capped due to volume. Send the creator a notecard. Name the notecard clearly, including your name. In the notecard, state your name, the item you bought, the date you bought it, what you paid for it, the problem you are having, and what kind of help you need. 2) Be polite. 3) Be patient. Also, if you pick up multiple objects at the same time, they will end up as one "coalesced object" in your inventory, with an icon like a pile of blocks and the name of only the LAST thing you picked up. Check your inventory carefully for this icon, if you find it rez it. If it's really gone for good, it wouldn't hurt to beg a little... after all, it is not the creator's fault you deleted your own stuff. |

Last I checked, Wild Moo had a customer service person's name on his profile to contact. I'm not in world, or I'd look it up.
I had no problem reaching both of them a few weeks ago. _____________________

Nope i blame LL for making it like that, im pretty sure its a common problem. Ive meet some pretty nice people on here. Well i made a note i thought i sent it too him. Is said he was offline all try it again i guess. I didnt ever get a pop up saying do you want to delete this or anything. I just picked it up one day cause i got a 1/4 sim, was going to put it out and its not there. Yes i did eveything LL said to do because it might be a bug.

I have always received excellent customer support from Wild Moo with issues relating to 3FX products I have purchased.
Just last week, I received an item from one of his vendors that did not have the correct permissions. I sent him a notecard and an IM. He was not online at the time and he sent me the version with the correct permissions the next day. Last year I purchased a set of his 3FX lasers and lights. I did not like the lights with a glow. I sent him a notecard and he sent me a customized set of light rezzers with no glow the same day. Wild Moo seems to be online daily for a period of time sometime around 8-9 PM EST. SEND HIM A NOTECARD Because your now missing dance floor is no copy/trans I would thank my lucky stars if I were you if he replaced it. |
