"Down-Arrow" People

Good morning:

This happened to me again last night, but it happens to me all the time: I saw a friend's person dot, you know, the yellow one, and her dot was pointing down. I wanted to surprise her, so I walked up to the dot, and then moved my camera down (now I was under water as always) until her dot was round. I looked in all directions with my camera and, as always happens, saw nothing. Where are these people actually, if they are not under water? Why is their dot pointing down if they are not down there?

It's a glitch with the minimap that came with the build limit was increased. Avatars above 768 meters will appear underground to the minimap. (^_^)y
