How can i make my Av taller or shorter quickly?..

Why would you get kicked anywhere? But Hell has really lovely gardens...
Anyhoo- you mean aside from the sliders in Apperance? There are AO's- animation overriders- that contort your avi into a teeny package that then can get fitted inside prims to make avatars. I magine similar for ultra large but have no experience with those.

make two shapes of different heights in appearance,and save them separately, when wearing one, go to inventory and wear the other...
