I see there's clarification on the blog about the limits being placed on ad lots. This is a good thing and hopefully some of the junk near my place will be gone soon.

But then I had a worry. If there are going to be lots of Lindens or others going round deleting infriging ads (a good thing) - is there a small risk of someone selecting the wrong land and deleting someone's home or store by mistake? I only say this because I've selected the wrong plot on more than one occasion - in one case ending up having to pay for a very overpriced parcel. I'm quite sharp and on-the-ball and even careful people make mistakes. I just want to highlight this risk and hope there's a safeguard procedure used to prvent this happening.

Hopefully the Lindens with their God Powers are able to 'undo' or similar.

Anyway, would they not just select the actual object(s) and then Delete/Return, rather than clearing the land (in case there is a skybox or something)?
