Lost item in data base

Sorry I guess this asked many times before, but now it happen to my friend in SL.
Done Search of forum but it did not give me Q nor A.

Hes lost a HUD its in Inventery list but gets error "not in data base", other parts of his purchase are ok.
He as sent IM to the seller for assistance and awaits advise.
Do these things return or gone for ever?

Hello June, sometimes these things turn up later, sometimes not, bit of a lottery. Content Creators have been known to sympathise and supply spares but not guaranteed. We are all at the mercy of the great LL Asset Server
