HI, uh so how do you get to support with a banned account?  The mail says go to support and file a ticket, but the website won't let me go to support and just displays some number to call. (No i wan't call an US number from overseas) |

You use Skype to call the overseas number. It's bound to be a lot cheaper.
And you could log in as a guest to the support and file a ticket that way.
