help with secondlife email address/contact

okay so i wrote a ticket about an account SL had disabled... wait, i'm gettin a lil ahead of myself, i had to make an alt to write a ticket about an account SL had disabled... anyway, i wrote a ticket asking WHY my account was disabled. when i checked back on the SL webpage later i discovered that alt had also been disabled. the next day when i checked my email i had recieved a reply about my ticket, basically the jist of it was:

"To reactivate your account, please submit a form of government-issued identification documentation (state ID, passport, birth certificate, or a similar type of documentation) that clearly includes both your name and date of birth."

okay, so i will give in and send them my info... but how can i do this when they disabled the account i wrote the ticket with too? i can't open the ticket up to send them the proper ID.

well, i ended up faxing them the information, but i REALLY want my account back since i have some builds, money and much, much more on that account that i wish not to lose. so my question is, is there an email address i can forward the email they sent to me? with all the ticket information and so i can attach my ID?

any help would be appreciated.

bah, that sucks... how will they get back to me u think? i just printed out the email, and sent them that along with a photocopy of my birth certificate.

Have your ticket number ready when you calll. As soon as the "support" person asks how they can help you state that you're calling in response to a ticket and you have the number. If you don't begin with that you'll be answering silly filtering questions for five minutes before getting to the point if ever.
