Since i downloaded and insalled the latest version of the sl viewer, i seem to have issues loading textures and overall performace issues in sl. I have never had these issues before under any viewer. I have more then enough pc to run sl.
Is there anyway i can download an older version of the sl viewer and is anyone else having simlar issues?

Answer seems always whenever I have problem clear cache, log out, login
and wait for everything to load. Sounds like things aren't loading. Sometimes it takes a while at least my computer or isp. Maybe if you got highest speed isp 20mb or more, top of line machine it could be SL side. You may need to adjust your settings in preferences decrease something for things to load faster. If you haven't had this issue before you've been lucky a lot of us on older or lower power isp, computers who can't afford fancier deal with this all the time. Sometimes its the sim, sometime its our computers, or isp, other times is LL's servers being bombarded with knows what. Usually you can see what is loading by pressing following command keys CTR ALT 3 at same time huge list of uuids,etc will show up when its done the list will be gone. Press CTR ALT 3 to close it. _____________________

My husband was having these issues after installing the latest viewer. He updated his video drivers and that solved it. You might try that if the normal clearing of the cache and reboot doesn't help.

Went back to 1.20.17. Could not be happier. Well, yeah, I could, but that's another issue altogether. _____________________

i didnt know there was an option to get older viewers. I got 1.20.17 and all works fine again.
