I am truly frustrated at the frequency I have to relog due to misplaced (we all know where) attachments when I TP somewhere. It's about 75% of the time, and seems equally bad in the regular and the Windlight viewer. Is there ANYthing at all that I can do client-side to alleviate this?

create a folder, with all your attachments and shape, skin etc in it (basically create a whole you in a folder)

if it happens again, try right clicking on the folder and choose replace outfit, forcing it to remove all the items and put them back on (yes even skin, even though you do not see it happen, it forces a refresh as it were)

it works for me

I've had it entirely eliminated since Nicholaz fixed it with his patch add ons two months ago!

I still use an older Windlight, but have heard you can use his patches with newer Windlights if you change the version number in a text file. So not as easy as simply dragging his viewer files into the Second Life Windlight folder, but you only have to do it once and problem solved!

Did you try to clean your cache?
