I signed up with a Premium account and I was under the impression I was suppose to get $1250 along with my membership, anyway, I did not receive my money (or atleast I do not see it)

and now I think I made a mistake of getting a premium account because I did not think you can buy money, so should I wait until receiving my money to cancel, or since I did not even receive my money yet, can I cancel since it means they didnt bill me yet?

It takes 45 days to get the bonus. See item 4 here:

They bill as soon as you upgrade, it just may not hit your payment method for a day or two. And, oh yeah, the bonus is only for new registrations; ie, you signed up as Premium when you originally created your account. Upgrades from Basic to Premium don't get the bonus.

You should get the sign-up bonus within 30 to 45 days. You'll also get a $L300 stipend each Tuesday.

You can buy $L with or without a Premium membership, you just need to set up an account with "Payment Info On File"...either a PayPal account or a credit card.

You will have a purchase limit imposed on your account initially (it's to help prevent fraud by people using stolen credit cards to purchase $L), but those restrictions will be lifted in stages over the next 30 days.

If you cancel, you will not get a refund of any money you paid for your Premium subscription.

Like other payments, LL can be rather slow on this. On my last alt it took over 50 days, I think 54.

Ann is right. I read it somewhere where it was spelled out exactly saying if you upgrade from basic to premium, you are not eligible. You have to make your account premium from the very get-go.

Okay, so I will get the bonus within 30-45 days? Thats a bummer, I thought it was instant!

There are no refunds? To be honest that was the only reason I bought the premium account lol, because I didn't know you can purchase points separately.

Regardless, if I cancel my premium membership, I still get my points right, even though I am not a member?

No refunds. I'm not sure about the other. You can put in a support ticket to ask by clicking the 'Support' link at the top of the page, then logging into the Support Portal from there.
