Supposed to be announced on the blog and the winners are supposed to be notified either via IM or note card? If they didn't say they'd announce the winners, I'd say they have a lot of trust in people not having hit IM cap.

Lottery winners will be announced on or around October 23, 2009 and be able to move in on November 2, 2009.

Keep an eye on the plots if you did not get a parcel. Many enter with no intention of really using them (or using them for selling goods) and they're often reclaimed.

Interesting to note that one person won a spot in Luna and at Ben's....and another who professed to entering for all three lotteries won a spot. (This, of course, after the rules clearly state that each avi may enter only ONE of the lotteries). Oh wait, did that sound bitter?  |

LL's not really big on enforcing their rules when it comes to things like this. I had a plot for nearly a year, because they seemed to forget to do a drawing, for example.

I had to laugh when I saw the results.. and bite back some scathing comments about chancers.
If you check out the people who won the boat and vehicle bays a few of them don't have anything even remotely related.
What really made me laugh out loud though was one of those selected was an extremely strident opponent of LL earlier this year and had been volunteering time and effort over at one of the opposition shopping sites. I'm waiting to see if a shopping site terminal goes up. I bet it doesn't though.
All up it's given me the best laugh in ages.
Never mind, the adult one will be coming up soon (I'm hoping they don't make us wait for the next round and let us sneak in a catch up) so everyone can apply for that. I'd love to see the expression on the sex fiends faces when they turn up at zindra only to find shops selling teddy bears and plants.
I think I need a lengthy dose of RL. This is getting too surreal for me..
