I can't remember ever seeing the # logged on this low.

How many of the 11,100 still logged on are "bots".

But they might all look like Ruth and are bring subjected to Blue griefer-bot-generated popups that are sending out offensive language

Seriously, it's much better not being in-world during "bad sessions" where the asset servers are not working correctly. I'm going to open Cs and design something fun instead ;)

I remember when it was that *high* people worried about grid instability. Oh, wait...

Er...

Aside from the login page when you open the viewer and an xml feed burried somewhere, does LL now totally hide the number of people online?

/me looks around at the new and improved secondlife.com and doesn't see it. Or any of the old stats.

Everything's back up and running. I only realised I'd got in (was reading elsewhere) when I heard the ding of an IM :D

Lowest I've ever seen is 29. And at that time, I'm sure they were all Lindens, since they were forcibly logging everyone off. (back in the good old days of rabid downtime)

11k bots doesn't sound outrageous. I'm sure there are still a few real people online, so maybe 9k is more realistic.
