Not only is the land going at hugely inflated prices and to mostly land barons with the intention of flipping, when there are so many genuine ppl who want to be a part of this new community and now cannot afford it. But now we have a situation where ban lines are ggoing up everywhere, so not only can we not buy but we cant even enjoy free movement.I only discovered this place a couple days a go I knew about it but first look and it is a lovely place, and I have friends who would love to run a business here, what chance for the average sl user.

Yeah I noticed they got first land flippers selling lots for 159k already.
And I thought the prices in West Haven and Shermerville NW was outrageous.
And there are people paying for the land.
So someone got a sweet dealing going but everyone at some point wants money be it here or real life.
While we don't have to eat here, there still is bills to paid or that dream land, outfit or what not needing to be consumed
