Hello

A lot of my inventory folders are empty, eg Landmarks. I have cleared cache 3 times with no change.

Any ideas what else I can do please?

Many thanks

One thing I can suggest is to force it to refresh the list by searching something in your inventory.

Certain folders, such as Landmarks, cannot be deleted.
Any new landmarks you receive, for example, will automatically saved into that folder. Same goes for Animations, Gestures, Objects and other key items.
Not a bad idea, actually.

There is probably some workaround to this, but I think you'll find that having those folders is quite convenient.

Edit. Oops, I read your post to mean that you WANT to delete the folders, because they are empty. Duh :)

No, lol, I don't want to delete the folders, I want the contents back :)

I would try refreshing the viewer.

Depending on what OS you use there are hidden files that support the viewer.
I only know XP, but i am sure someone can direct you if you use another OS.

explore with hidden files shown.

look for :

C:\Documents and Settings\"computers name"\Application Data\SecondLife

Delete the folder with your AVs name and the next time you log-in it will force the central servers to resource your inventory.

Hope that helps

Alisha
