Hello i have one problem with my visa card...
I supplement the form about card and the card number.... when i put the button ok... i get the this "not authorised" i can't understand the problem ....

Some banks are limiting what online stuff can be done with the debit cards, one reason I have to use paypal.

is prepaid card... but this problem with "Not authorised" there are and with my visa electron.... i have bought 2 times with my visa electron L$ but now there are the same problem and with visa electron....

there aren't problem with my card.. but with sl... i say again.. yesterday my payment method was with visa electron.. and it's working fine... today i will go to update the payment method .. with my other visa... and it's not working... BUT and the visa electron it's not working...( THe message "Not authorised"  |

It is possible that the problem is LL and not the card- However until you call one or the other you may not find out. LL is harder to get a hold of since you need to go thru the ticket submission thing- I think, I don't know - so I suggested the easier. Sure can't hurt and you have a better chance at a helpful answer than from us just guessing while trying to help you. Good luck.

just use your bank or card to get a paypal account.it's less headaches and alot of places on the net take paypal and you are not dropping your card number all over the internet then..
i've had my papal account since there has been a paypal and never had a problem with a purchase or theft.

I had the same problem, so you must send a ticket to LL. They will answer you some like "talk with your bank", you will answer "i talked with my bank and all is ok", then they will say "talk with your credit card company". You will say "i asked to my credit card company and all is ok, I bought before with this card, the problem is your system". So keep annoying them a few days and after that they will fix the problem with your account. Good luck  |

Several other people here in the forums have reported problems in the past trying to use the Electron card.
