Is it legal to login with two diffrent avatars of mine at the same time from one computer? I need this to optimize poseballs placement for couples etc.

or

is there any other way to do it without help of other peoples?

Your computer might melt 8-)

Add -multiple to the command (windows) or to the arguments.txt file (Mac).

You might also look at SLeek, a super simple no graphics client. Your second and third and fourth avatar can still chat, and sit on stuff, and TP around. It will just be blind.

Of course it is legal, as long as you own both avatars you're using. You just have to modify your desktop shortcut and add " -multiple" to the path to let your system load two clients at once.

No reason why you should not, lots of peaple have alts and logging both on at the same time is very useful when building and checking permissions etc.

To open two or more SL viewer change the Target detail in your desktop short cust for the SL browser under properties alter the last part of the target from /secondlife.exe to:

/SecondLife.exe" -multiple

when you click on the short cust it will open another instance rather than informing you the program is already running.

You just need to be sure your processor is up to the extra load....

I do this all the time - it's the reason I created an Alt. However testing couples animations is a bit of a black art because you can find things look perfect in one window and all out of sync in the other.

Multiple alts are fun and easy...see the previous posts. They're great for testing weapons.

A couple of tips: have a good CPU, get the biggest videocard you can, and max out your RAM. This is one instance where I found that extra RAM made a noticeable difference.
