When i runn i run like im on drugs. How do i let my avatar have a proper run animation?

Go to one of the many animation shops and buy one, and then put it in your animation overrider, if you have one. If you don't own an animation overrider, get one (many are free) and stick the run animation in it, in accordance with the instructions in the overrider.

Even some of the AOs you *buy* will have retarded looking runs or other animations. Try before you buy, and if you like everything except for a few specific animations, then you can always customize it with an animation from another vendor.
