Where do objects go if they are no copy and are rezzed on land that the owner does not permit? And more info to my question: Where do Coalesced objects go if they are put on the land that objects cannot be rezzed on? More info: I rezzed an object that had about 80 or so prims on my land, but it moved it over a little and could not rez it because it bordered my neighbor's land and he has no objects turned on. Now I cannot find the coalesce object in my lost and found folder because that is where it was when I tried to put it down. Does anyone know where they go? Thank you

Try looking for any objects recently arrived in your lost and found - of any name - even 'object' When a parcel returns a collection of objects it assigns the name of one of the objects to the coalesced objects.
I can't answer you question for sure, but It's possible that you tried to rez a coalesced object named House and got an object named Object/Mat/Whatever back to your Lost and Found.

May also want to check your trash, since that's where they go when you give them to a busy person. I know, it's not the same, but who knows, eh?

I did just that. There was an object named "Object" but it only was 1 object, I knew it was not it since it did not have a No copy next to it. (it had non copyable poses) There are no more coalesced objects in my Lost and Found.
Would it take time for it to show up? I cleared my cache and restarted SL about 3 times since this occured I think.

OK I think I found it, but everytime I rez it (even in a sandbox) it tells me the owner doesnt allow it. What do I do?

There was no coalesced object in my trash that was my things. So that approach has failed. Again, is it possible that I may need to wait for it to show up? What happens if it was deleted and will not come back

If it was a coalesced object containing no-copy objects, it's probably gone for good. http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-3521Happened to me last week, LL tried everything they could think of to retrieve it but declared it officially unrecoverable.

Sometimes these objects go to the 0-0-0 co-ordinates of a sim. You'd be surprised what you can find there sometimes.

From: Paulo Dielli Sometimes these objects go to the 0-0-0 co-ordinates of a sim. You'd be surprised what you can find there sometimes. It may be worth checking ALL the corners of the sim at heights 0 and 256. I lost a prim recently and it turned up at 256,0,256.
