I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I have not been able to tp all day. I have cleared my cache (which was suggested by a friend) and still nothing. I have also been told by other friends that they have had or are having the same problem. Is there any post or fix for this particular issue?

Have you tried turning your computer, modem, router, etc. off for a few minutes?

Could be the simulator you're in is having issue - log into a different simulator and see if that helps. Otherwise try removing all your attachments before you TP.
