Does anyone know, is how to insert a link to a website in a notecard or in a vendor?

Have you tried Copy/Pasting a URL onto a notecard you've created?

In the scripting tips forum, you will find answers about scripting questions. I would also recommend going to lslwiki.net as the most comprehensive scripting resource.

Isbeau, Yes, I tried copy paste the url--it would not become live. I tried some html, too, but it still would not activate. Thanks for the try!

you can not have a live link to a website in a notecard

if you script it, then put the script in a prim, when you click the prim, it will ask if you wish to load the page (that would be kinda like putting it in a vendor, but the term vendor can mean so many things, I am hesitant to say to do it this way for a vendor, as a scripted vendor such as hippotech, or jevn will not let you do this afaik)

that is the closest you can get to a live link type thing
