ok one more*L*
someone had shown me how to turn off the typing motion...but when they did the fix it no longer is off..how do we turn the typing hand motion off please?

Ctrl-Alt-D for client menu, then Debug Settings look for PlayTypingAnim and set to false.

It's worth familliarising yourself with the Client menu too. There are a whole raft of settings there that you can tweak and many of them have keyboard shortcuts that you might at some point press by accident - so it's worth knowing how to change the settings back if you do accidently hit a keyboard shortcut.
