I’m no land baron nor do and have a good business since, so I come here to ask.
Since the new adult sims will be doing land swaps what will happen to the original plots of land? Will LL auction those off?
I’m terrible with the markets and looking ahead and wanted to buy a 512. You think it might be wise to wait until the flips are started and hope the prices will go down further?

I think it'd be a good guess to imagine that they'll put vacated parcels for auction, but I seriously doubt they'll put all of them at the same time.

Even if non-adult land drops in price a bit, it will only amount to one or two real-world dollars off a 512m plot, so it's not really worth waiting!

Right now you can find some bargain 512's in private sales. I found 2 512's and one 256 all adjacent to our existing 512m plot and at just over L$3/sq meter and we bought them all up and made a nice lot. I suspect some prices are dropping quickly...go in world and search under the land tab...it takes some doing but you can cull the results down if you work at it. Jackie

amiz land prices are good right now, if you're looking for a 512 and aren't looking for sell on value the market is good.

A friend of mine paid L$6800 for a 512 this week, I told her it was overpriced (I'd have bought it myself otherwise, I love the sim) but she wanted the land, she didn't want someone else to have it and to her it was worth the price, it was the only parcel available in the sim at the time.

You can pick up a 512 for less than 10 US dollars and some of them are pretty decent.
