I set up my account for cancellation, then changed my my mind. Luckily they only put it on hold for 30 days. On my account page it says its still pending cancellation. How can I reactivate? They told me I could do so but can't find how. Can anyone help me with this?

You can call the support line, and they'll be able to reactivate your account.

From: bigmoe Whitfield if I remember right it's a 9.95 fee to reactivate it. that could of changed call them and ask I believe that is only if the account goes into cancellation. I think they don't charge if it hasn't gone beyond the cancel date. Unless that has changed in the last year or two.
