Streaming music with microphone

I am sure the answer to this is quite easy but all I can find are answers that relate to Windows XP not Vista.

I want to do some DJing on my land--just informally--and have set up a Shoutcast stream. I can broadcast with no problem from WinAmp and from my microphone, but I can't mix both streams. Obviously I don't want to have to turn off the music to talk, but I cannot find out how to setup both streams on the plugin. (I could just play the music very loud through the microphone... and shout over it... but somehow I think not!) I have searched the forums and found some answers, but they seem to relate to Windows XP and I have Vista Premium.

Any help--even just the address of an online tutorial for this--would be most gratefully welcomed.

shoutcast forums ..
if you have an intergrated soundcard it can work but can be a pain and a lot of setting the levels..

but sarch the shoutcast forum for "talk on mic" its all there about 50,000 threads.

In the "Input" tab of your Shoucast DSP window, change source from Winamp to Souncard output.

Adjust mixer settings accordingly. For most computers, set recording mixer to "What You Hear"

There is one caveat: You need a full duplex sound card to do this. Many motherboard-integrated sound cards can NOT do full-duplex.

I enable mic playback and set my recording device to stereo mix/out.
