I hate to bother you but I have sent a couple of support tickets and have not gotten a response, I came on yesterday to see that 8704 sq. m of my land is no longer my land it is not in group anymore and on my account it shows I own no land. i have tried everything i know to do and can't seem to get anyone to help me. i thought maybe you could tell me someone that could. it is mainland land on torver, set in group , my friends land is still in there but mine is gone. I can't believe you can run a business where people can't call with problems. Like I said I have sent 2 support tickets and no answer. Oh but I still am being billed for the land, go figure.

Was the land deeded to group? Was the group disabanded (possibly for only having one player)?

Is it possible someone has permission to sell group land within the group? Have you checked to see if the group received proceeds from a land sale?

Who is the owner now?
If Gov Linden owns it, then there is some sort of group disbandment or land abandonment.
If a resident owns it, then they bought it from someone.
If you or a group member did not set it for sale, then , if someone with the power to amend land setting was using the Release client, it had a bug that could have set the land for sale without you realising it.
And you will get billed for the maximum area that you owned during the billing month, even if you had 0 land from the second minute of the month.
