I saw they have another optional "fix" you can download for sl.
The thing is this is the only game where people actually despise these fixes and downloads. In every other game players look forward to downloading new material and bug fixes except sl. Here players hide from them due to their experience of these downloads being worse for the game then without them. They bring more problems instead of fixing them.
Go figure.

Downloaded it this morning, no problems yet. I do rather like the minimize on the inventory now.

I'm not downloading it until the next download is ready... by then they'll have fixed all the stuff that was broken in THIS download, only breaking something else in the process. It also doesn't help that I have no confidence in LL's ability to tell a bug apart from a feature.
I'm also not having any real issues with the version I'm using and as my dad would say, "Treat it like a sore <$%@> and don't <bleep> with it!" The PG version of this saying would be, "Iffin' it tain't broke, don't fix it!"

It's not that hard to understand the op. Most sl residents don't trust Lindens downloads as we've seen what they usually do which is to mess things up more then fix them. |
