So there I am in Oryol buying this decent flat 512M parcel at a bargain price. Right after I buy it, someone shouts "Big Fire", I didn't take much notice and then I hear sirens. On the neighbouring sim, there is a BIG FIRE!
The fire service arrive, followed by the ambulance service, the Police arrive. There's a guy in the fire, I had to take pictures to make sure I wasn't making this up myself.
Anyone else seen these guys and do they just make fires to give themselves practice? It was bloody hilarious to watch!

I'm sorry ladies but the pictures are rather distant and you won't see good shots of firemen   However the fire department HQ is here:  I think you can start a fire and they come rescue you! |

Thats great! With all the police groups, i was wondering if someone would start a fire department.
all they need now is a rescue squad, in case you get stuck in a prim or your items rez in your bum...........

Hmm If police are a bad idea the Fire brigade & Ambulance will probably get tarred with the same brush, they only encourage griefers to set fire to things and hurt people really We just need our mate Elmore to post now how he'll "immediately shoot anyone in a Firebrigade or Ambulance uniform entering his land".

Its all a scam. Nothing burns in SL. When they are summoned, all they do is go to the "firehouse", park their strollers and babies outside, then they go in to play cards and watch porn. Its not hardly an original idea. Its been around since the Stone Age.

That is so cool. I work FD in RL, and I joined the SL FD group when I first got in-world, but they never did anything and the fire house was always empty. So I left the group.
I might have to check them out again ...
