I made a comment in theses forums. I beleive it's some blog where linden wrote how sl is being used to teach border patrols and its crossings. Anyway, now I have the misfortunate of being hit with the comments and responses sl residents make in this same blog.
Why am I being sent these comments made from sl residents? I took my name off from receving any IM's from sl period because of this but I continue getting these everyday, all the time and it's gotten to be a real annoyance.
Is there a way I can finally rid myself of these e-mails from this place?

I'm guessing that what blog it was, you have a profile there (even if a default one) and that profile is set to "subscribe" to things you post on and it is also set to email you the subscriptions. You'll need to go to that blog site and change your profile.

Also when you login to the blog, click on "Your Stuff" go to preferences and set everything to "no". Then when you comment on a new blog post you won't get automatically subscribed.
