Is there an easier way to parcel land then the yellow box? I would like to parcel out a 1/4 sim and the box does not seem to work very well... any suggestions?

Turn up your draw distance then fly up and do it from the air. Easiest way

Sorry, no. You may need to disable the camera constraints and then zoom out a bit to see enough of the sim to grab a quarter. I'd also turn off rendering clouds.

If you just can't grab the whole thing, parcel off bits, then join them to form the final parcel
