Has anyone run into that before?

I have set SL for performance, and i know i have all of the settings right, because i can hear music everywhere else, except for ONE parcel. And YES there is music streaming there...

Any help anyone could give me would be much appreciated!

Is the land deeded to group or set to group?

Are you using the land options to set the stream or a scripted object?

Are you paying LL directly for the land or are you paying a non-Linden for the land?

Quite right, Station URL's often change, rendering the stream inoperable. This can be fixed if it is a shoutcast station, go to Shoutcast.com, search for the station name, tune it to it using winamp. Once playing, go to the file menu/ view file info, or hit alt+3, look at the top of the pop up for the new url.

Sometimes stations have a set limit of listeners allowed, once reached, others can't tune in till someone disconnects.

I'm having the same trouble, the music on my parcel has just stopped. I've changed stations but still no music. I'm hearing it other places I go so maybe I just have to trawl through the stations to find one that works.

You might try turning your modem, router, and computer off and back on.

If you can hear music on other parcels, and all suggestions above don't work, and this is a stream you definately want to listen to, I would suggest contacting your ISP. It can be that they have some kind of block on the the IP Block the server is on.

Additionally, do you block websites from your PC browser? If so, you may have blocked a web site that shares some of the IP numbers that the shoutcast server is on - however if you can hear other streams but not this one, your best bet may be with your ISP.
